Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote or contact us through a form on this site, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, the address of the property you want serviced, and any details you include about the work. Form submissions are stored in our website’s database and emailed to us.
If you become a customer, we also keep records related to your service — scheduling, work performed, invoices, and payments.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our web host, security provider, and analytics tools automatically record standard technical information: your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the pages you view, the site or search that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our site — which pages are viewed, how long people stay, and which sources send traffic. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects the technical information described above. Google may process this data on our behalf; you can read Google’s practices at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out entirely using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Our site also uses cookies set by our hosting and security providers to keep the site running correctly and to detect automated abuse. These do not identify you personally.

Advertising and lead forms
We may advertise our services on platforms such as Google and social media. When we do, the following applies.
Ad measurement and remarketing. Our site may include tags or pixels from advertising platforms — for example Google Ads — that tell us when a visit or a quote request came from one of our ads. These tags set cookies and may allow the platform to show you our ads again on other websites, apps, or search results after you visit us. They may also be used to build audiences of people similar to our past visitors. We do not receive your identity from these platforms; we see aggregate reporting.
To limit this, you can adjust ad personalization in your Google account at myadcenter.google.com, in your settings on any social platform you use, or through the industry opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com.
Lead forms inside ads. Some ad platforms offer forms that open directly within the ad, so you can request a quote without visiting our website. If you submit one of these, you are giving your information — typically your name, email address, phone number, and details about the work you need — to that platform, which then passes it to us. The platform’s own privacy policy governs what it does with that information, and it is stored on their systems for a limited period in addition to ours. Once we receive it, we handle it the same way we handle a quote request submitted on our website, as described in this policy.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages — whether through a form on our website or a lead form inside one of our ads — we may text you about your quote, appointment scheduling and reminders, questions about your property, and follow-up on completed work. We text only people who have agreed to receive messages from us.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers our texts, solely to send the messages described above.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to quote requests and answer your questions
- schedule, perform, and follow up on services
- send invoices and process payments
- keep customer records and communicate about work we’ve done
- maintain, secure, and improve our website
- prevent spam and fraudulent submissions
- comply with legal obligations
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only to the extent they need it to do their job. These include our website host, our content delivery and security provider, Google Analytics, advertising platforms we use to promote our services, our email provider, our text messaging provider, and any scheduling, invoicing, or payment processors we use.
Some state privacy laws define “sharing” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include the use of advertising cookies described above, even where no money changes hands. If you would prefer we not use your information that way, contact us using the details below and we will honor the request.
We may also disclose information if required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
If our business is sold or merged, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and contact form submissions are kept as long as they may be useful for following up or for our business records. Customer service and billing records are kept as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. Website analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings, currently 14 months. Leads submitted through a form inside an ad are also held temporarily by that advertising platform under its own retention schedule — Google, for example, currently keeps them for 60 days — before we download them into our own records.
Your choices
You can:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
- ask us to delete your information, except records we need to keep for legal, tax, or accounting reasons
- unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email
- reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts
- control cookies through your browser, or opt out of Google Analytics using the link above
- limit ad personalization and remarketing using the tools listed in the advertising section above
- ask us not to use your information for targeted advertising

Children
Our services are directed to property owners, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site may link to other websites, including social media and review platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. This policy applies only to www.tpwpressure.com.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect, including a secure (HTTPS) connection and a managed hosting environment. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
